Hi there! I'm Roy. I have over 13 years of experience delivering and facilitating training and learning, talks and workshops with young people, families and professionals. My experience includes developing and delivering workshops and training whilst working for one of the largest FE Colleges in the country and also delivering LGBTQ+ training for a major national children's charity. I also have a role working in equality, diversity and inclusion within health and care research. I offer independent, bespoke workshops and training on LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and queer) topics for a range of different settings and industries. I'm based in Leeds in West Yorkshire but can work with you wherever you are. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

LGBTQ+ Awareness and Inclusion Training
I can support your employees with bespoke training sessions and workshops on any LGBTQ+ topics. This might be a general awareness session on LGBTQ+ identities and terminology, or include a particular focus on the topics that you need to explore, such as providing support to LGBTQ+ people in your context or creating inclusive environments.
Sessions for Young People
Workshops, talks or assemblies for children and young people of any age on LGBTQ+ topics - anything from an interactive session for Key Stage 2 on different families up to LGBTQ+ awareness workshops for Key Stage 4/Post-16 young people, or help with setting up an LGBTQ+ student group.
